Booking instructions:  
$200 refundable Damage Deposit 
50% of the rental fee is due at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. 

Payments: 
Money order, cashier's check, Personal check, and debit/credit cards ( Visa, Master & Discover card ) will be accepted. A 3% transaction fee will be added to all debit/credit card payments..
 
Cancellation & Refund Policy  
The traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted
Cancellations or refunds due to weather will be made only if the city authorities where the condominium is located order evacuation. 
  
Damages
The guest agrees if there is any damage to the unit which costs more than the paid damage deposit, the guest is responsible to pay the difference.

Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
We have no pet and no smoking policy for all of our units. 
Smoking in the unit and evidence of pets will forfeit the refundable deposit.
Please adhere to all the housekeeping rules or an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
